Our hotel architecture firm went from design concept to completion in just 9 months over 3 stages. The Somerville Hotel owners are now enjoying increased patronage thanks to fully refurbished bars, bistro, beer garden, gaming space and terraces.
This hospitality project was considered a culturally significant site by the local community. The original hotel and guest rooms had suffered many years of neglect prior to this project being developed.
